This is a repository, that includes the production of the research project awarded by the Junta de Andalucía in the proposed action and sustainability parameters in access and rehabilitation of housing in Andalusia, from an international perspective.
This publication will bring the voice of the activities developed in the Think Tank on Housing Policy.
One of the tools for dissemination and generation of ideas of Think Tank, is the number of papers that comprise the Working Paper Series. It implies the integration of articles that permit, make interesting reflections and depth on issues of accessibility and rehabilitation of housing. Thus Housing Working Papers includes:
Contributions of Working Paper Series, born with an interdisciplinary spirit because is not only a journal of law but also architecture, economics, geography and social work. Therefore integrated an interdisciplinary perspectives working on the matter Accessibility and Housing Rehabilitation.
This is not a periodic publication only informative but scientific basis and as such is subject to strict review process Peer counting the production thereof of an evaluation process of originals, and publishing work in both Spanish is allowed as English, that is a Bilingual publication. In the section on Review of publications is integrated not only books published references but also incorporated a review of the publications in the field of Urbanism and Environment and of Urban and Real Estate Administrative Law at both the state level and autonomy with special reference to the Andalusian area (reference of the Journal of Urban Law and the Environment, of the Journal of Urban Planning and Construction, the Spanish Magazine of Administrative Law of the Journal of Public Administration, Magazine Andalusian Public Administration will be incorporated).
This publication, which comes within the research project I + D + I, Ministry of Public Works and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía, aims to fill a gap in this field in our region and for this is open to the projection in national and international institutional settings. Thus, it has the participation of professionals and the Professional Association of Social Work, the Professional Association of Architects and the Inter-professional Association of Planning. Also the scientific committee is integrated by international experts of renowned prestige, many teachers of Worldwide leading Institutions and Universities like Harvard, Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, Bremen, Bergamo, Costa Rica, ...

The objective of this publication is to publish original works referring to proposals and conclusions of research developed by the research team.
Only original works will be published, that hasn´t been published before or that having been published can be reproduced citing the source. The Working Paper Series will be published twice a year, during the month of June and December.
The total number of contributions by number will be of a maximum of 10 and we will try the consultation of materials to be agile and tidy.
Each contribution will include an Abstract in Spanish as well as in English and the main key words of the work will be collected in Spanish and in English.

This journal has been created with the intention of being index at different levels. At national level is supposed to be included in the institutional repository of online publications. We also want to include it in the DOI repository of electronic publications. This journal will not have a paper version only online. We hope to include it in DIALNET, SCIMAGO, SCOPUS, DICE, LATINDEX, SSCI, .. and other database of reference in the subject.
One of the main characteristics of the publication is that will have a percentage of international authors, giving preference to the internationalization of publication as well as enforcing the quality of received and published articles.
